The TPS386000QRGPRQ1 is a high-reliability, multi-voltage supervisor IC designed for automotive applications. It monitors up to four independent voltage rails with adjustable or selectable threshold settings. The device offers an open drain or open collector output, active low reset functionality, and adjustable reset timeout. Encased in a 20-QFN (4x4) package with exposed pad, it is suitable for surface mount installation. This IC operates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, making it ideal for demanding automotive systems. Available in Tape & Reel, Cut Tape, and Digi-Reel® packaging options.
